I’m an international practitioner and facilitator in mindful-somatic healing, informed by Internal Family Systems.

I work with people to heal trauma and knotty issues in their mind, relationships, family dynamics, intimacy and purpose.

My influences in this work include somatic nervous system healing, mindfulness, Bwiti (an African wisdom tradition), nature and ritual.

I offer 1:1 sessions and group work online and in person.

SACRED WOOD (IBOGA) CEREMONIES + iboga-assisted therapy:

Together with my partner Tersius, we offer small group ceremonies with the medicine of iboga. Tersius and Coco are initiated in the Bwiti Fang and Missoko, the custodian tradition of sacred wood. We have worked in herbalism and somatic therapeutics for over two decades and are both active students in the Bwiti Fang. We also organise traditional initiations with consecrated Bwiti masters.
