A collective & individual journey in a held WhatsApp container – this is not a course or a training. It's a shamanic journey into the deeper subconscious layers of your Eros that acknowledges and gets to know the ancestral field as a contributing factor to our experience of Eros in our life.

EROS — The Intelligence of Aliveness

Eros is often reduced to sexuality, sensuality or romantic love, but I’m interested in something much older and much more expansive.

I’m interested in Eros as an intelligence of life itself.

The force that draws things together.
The force that creates relationship.
The force through which life meets life and something new comes into being.

Eros doesn’t begin where our individual life begins.

Long before we arrived here, an immense ancestral stream was already moving. Thousands upon thousands of ancestors, each with their own lives, relationships, choices, experiences, adaptations, losses, loves, desires and ways of surviving and thriving, eventually converged into the particular genetic and ancestral field through which our body came into being.

And then, in some mysterious way, this particular soul meets this particular lineage.

The biological and the spiritual meet.

The ancestral field and the individual meet.

Everything that has brought us here becomes the ground from which this particular life begins.

So when we explore Eros, we aren't only exploring sexuality or pleasure. We are exploring the deeper intelligence that has been participating in our becoming all along.

• What has been carried forward through me?
• What desires belong to me, and what desires might be moving through the lineage?
• What gifts, patterns, longings or unfinished movements have travelled through generations to arrive here?

And perhaps even more importantly:

What is wanting to come into being through me that has never existed in my lineage before?

Because Eros doesn't only look backwards.

It carries the information of what has brought us here, while simultaneously reaching towards what can become.

This makes Eros both ancestral and evolutionary.

It connects us to the deep river behind us, while also asking what wants to emerge through us as the river continues.

During this lunar journey we will explore Eros through the body, through desire, pleasure, attraction, intimacy, creativity, longing and aliveness, but also through ancestry and the mysterious meeting between soul and lineage.

We will become curious about the things that draw us, the things that enliven us, the things that constrict us, and the things that awaken something we may not yet have words for.

And we will also explore the shadow places that can emerge around desire — shame, fear, inhibition, attachment, jealousy, conflict and the things we have learned we are not supposed to want.

This isn't about trying to become more sensual, more sexual or more pleasurable.

It's about becoming more intimate with the intelligence of life moving through us.

The muthi soap and traditional ritual of washing becomes our daily point of contact with that exploration.

The Moon gives us the rhythm.

And the space between the invitations gives us room to listen.

What makes me feel alive?
What am I drawn towards?
What is moving through me?
What has come together to make me?
And what is Eros asking to come into being through me now?
