Join us this Saturday for The Magic and Mystery of Sound with Steve Tsakiris at ConsciousCafe Joburg North East.
Sound is all around us, but we rarely stop to notice how deeply it can affect our mood, energy and nervous system.
During this intimate morning gathering, Steve will guide us through a short sound bath, followed by a relaxed and fascinating conversation about rhythm, vibration and frequency — and how sound can be used more intentionally in everyday life.
You don’t need any previous experience or knowledge. Just bring your curiosity and come experience it for yourself.
