My name is Elle and I facilitate sacred breathwork journeys and transformative retreats that bring you back to feeling truly alive and aligned.

I found breathwork in the hardest moment of my life - while caretaking for my mom during her terminal illness. Breath became my anchor through the chaos and kept me steady even in the storm of my anticipatory grief. That experience didn’t just change how I healed; it changed how I live. It brought me home to myself and to aliveness and courage I didn't know I had. It’s why I do this work.

My passion and purpose is reminding you of the courage that already lives within - especially when life has become something you’re merely managing. Through sacred breathwork journeys and transformative retreats, I support you in moving out of survival mode and autopilot into deeper connection with your inner creator to actively create a life that’s designed on purpose, not just endured.

My approach is both grounded and expansive: equal parts nervous-system regulation and soul enriching. Sessions can be deeply cathartic or surprisingly blissful and often times both. Clients come to release stress, clear emotional energy, soften anxiety, reconnect to intuition, and feel more alive in their relationships, bodies, and lives.

250+ hours Conscious Connected Breathwork (Rebirthing lineage)
Currently completing 9D Breathwork certification
Additional study in trauma-informed facilitation, somatic tools, and nervous-system education (ongoing)
