Ruzaiq

My life has taken me up and down Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, through moments of struggle and growth. At times I’ve felt grounded in safety and belonging, and at other times I’ve struggled with uncertainty and loss. Each stage has shaped me, taught me, and softened me. Now I share those lessons openly, in the hope that others may helped along wherever they are in their journey.

I host workshops on challenging our inner stories and in summer I host conscious dances at Clifton beach :)
