What This Retreat Is About:

This retreat is an invitation to step beyond the noise of the mind, a deep connection with Soul and gently enter the unseen realms of Spirit.

We will explore  practical ways to connect and walk deeper within.

• Easy tools to use. The Egyptians left so many clues for us, lets start using them.
• How to use your inner senses optimally.
We will work with the Third Eye, gut feeling, inner knowing, and subtle perception — learning how to recognise that.
• Discernment of Spirit
Understanding who or what you are connecting with, distinguishing, knowing true guidance.
• Connecting with your Higher Self and the God Within
Deepening your relationship with your inner wisdom, guides, and divine presence — in a way that feels authentic and personal to you.
• Discovering your strongest natural gifts, strengthen and practice it.
This is a hands on Retreat, using breath work, meditation, dance etc. to journey.
