Description
🪘 Saturday 01 February, join us at 18:00 at The Lilypad @ 102, in Fish Hoek for a 3 hours-long Epic Healing Sound Journey with international Gong Master, Karl Gong.
There will also be Micro-doses of Sacred Plant Medicine 🍄 available ( up to 0.5 gr, totally optional!) should you wish to Journey a bit deeper, but for many, the Sound Medicine is enough...
🪘 What to bring:
- something to lie on (yoga mat, single camping mattress, sleeping pad, single futon,)
- a blanket, duvet or sleeping bag
- a pillow
- warm, comfortable, loose clothing, warm socks
- your journal/notepad (nothing electronic please) and pen
- eye mask / blinds if you'd like to isolate yourself visually
🪘 Space is limited to 20 persons max.
