A deeply nourishing evening for WOMEN TO REST, express, and reconnect through ancient sound and sacred touch

No experience needed — just bring your presence.

We begin with a gentle sound bath using singing bowls and grounding instruments to soothe your nervous system and invite deep stillness.

From there, we awaken the voice with a liberating vocal activation, using breath, tone, and movement to reconnect with your authentic expression.

Then, in pairs, we explore the Rebozo ritual — a sacred Mexican practice of rocking and wrapping the body with a long scarf. This touch-based practice evokes deep relaxation, emotional release, and the sense of being lovingly held.

We close the evening with a nourishing homemade soup shared in sisterhood.
