Yoni de-armouring is a somatic practice of releasing stuck and unexpressed emotions that lie in your vulva.

In this online session of sensual nourishment, love and care, Olivia Crow will share a practice of soft self yoni de-armouring.

This is an opportunity to connect to your sexual self in her most honest and tender expression, meeting her in awe and reverence.

???? It can reveal the tension that you carry in your vulva due to:

• sexual abuse and trauma
• not being able to put up clear sexual boundaries
• shame around your sexuality
• not being able to express the fullness of your sexual energy
• judgements that you may have around your body and sexuality
• sexual shadow

???? Signs that you may be holding suppressed emotions around your sexuality and in your vulva:

• you are not able to have an orgasm
• you only have peak orgasms vs meeting god ego melting orgasms
• you experience pain during penetration
• you have very little to no sexual desire or aliveness
• you have recurring urinary tract infections
• the smell or image of your vulva grosses you out
• your yoni feels completely closed
• you struggle to feel connected to your heart during sexual interactions
• your vulva feels numb or you struggle to feel much inside of your vulva
