ROOTS y VOICE: A Women’s Autumn Equinox Half-Day Retreat
Unwind. Open. Connect
21 March | 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
We are calling in...
Women ready to root into their bodies.
Women ready to open their voices.
Women ready to soften their bodies and hearts.
On the Autumn Equinox, when day and night meet in sacred balance, we gather as women to root into our bodies, open our voices, and reconnect in sisterhood.
This intimate half-day retreat offers a spacious yet potent container to pause, realign, and nourish yourself in community.
A unique opportunity to be guide by Latin American women from Venezuela and Colombia, sharing cacao and songs, this retreat is a weaving of ritual, nourishment, movement, and joyful expression.
We will be sipping sustainably sourced Ceremonial Tayrona Cacao from the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, Colombia; grown in living soil and rooted in the ancestral wisdom of the Kogi, the Heart of the World and cultivated by the Iku community. Each cup carries the spirit of the land and the hands that tend it. Brought to South Africa with deep reverence by Rooted in Ritual
Together we will journey through:
* A heart opening ritual with Tayrona cacao from the Iku community of Colombia
* Voice activation & medicine songs
* Guided Movement & Flow
* An equinox ritual of balance and intention
* Spacious time to connect and unwind
* Sound Healing
* We will close by sharing a nourishing communal mea with each person bringing a small dish made with love
This is a day to soften…
and to move.
To root…
and to celebrate.

Come as you are.
Leave grounded, nourished, and alive.
