How it Began
Over a decade ago, NAKED was born from a heartfelt desire to create a space where people could strip away their outer layers—literally and metaphorically—and reconnect with the raw, unfiltered essence of who they are. Where we could meet like hearted souls and play together. What started as a single retreat in Malta with 16 courageous beings, overcoming unexpected obstacles and guided by unwavering faith in our vision, has evolved into a movement dedicated to radical authenticity, community, and inner transformation.

Through countless retreats, we discovered that it wasn’t just about nudity on the outside—it was about unveiling the stories, shame, and conditioning that keep us from feeling whole. Over time, the team and structure have shifted, yet the soul of NAKED endures. Now, our focus has expanded into the NAKED Soul Life—offering deeper experiences and new ways to gather, unlearn, and evolve together.

What is NAKED Soul?
NAKED Soul invites us to live “naked” in all aspects of life—not just shedding clothes, but also facing the protective layers we created to guard against pain and trauma. Though we’re born whole, life can fragment us, leading us to believe we’re unworthy or unlovable.
