What we will explore
- Awareness of our presence and magnetism, both in the dance and in life.
- Balancing flow and choice, trusting when to surrender and when to act.
- A sense of playfulness, spontaneity, and connection with yourself and others.
- Seeing ourselves through the reflection of movement and interaction.

BlissDance
BlissDance is a conscious dance practice that allows you to explore movement, emotion, and connection in a deeply embodied way. Using breath, sound, and intuitive movement, you are guided into a sensory-rich experience of connection—both with yourself and with others.
BlissDance is not about performance or perfection—it is an invitation to drop into your body, let go of non-serving inhibitions, and allow yourself to move from an authentic place. Through this practice, you:
- Play with movement as a form of communication.
- Explore connection and vulnerability in a safely, held space.
- Engage in guided exercises that encourage authentic expression.
- Develop greater trust in yourself and your desires.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need dance experience to attend?
Not at all! This workshop is about exploration, play, and embodiment, not choreography or technique. Whether you’re new to movement or already comfortable dancing, you are most welcome, and will be guided through exercises designed for all experience levels.
Is this a partner dance?
No partner is required. You'll have moments of solo movement, as well as opportunities to engage with others, at your own comfort level, in structured and organic ways.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing that allows for movement. Layers are great as you may warm up!
Will this be sensual or intimate?
This experience is about embodiment and presence, not sensuality per se. It’s a joyful, connected space that may touch on themes of energy and attraction, but in a way that feels natural and safe for all participants. It is also a space that supports vulnerability and authenticity in your felt experience - so for you it might be sensual or intimate as a part of your own inner-experience, while respecting and honouring the needs and experiences of other participants.
