About me My personal healing began when I was desperately trying to heal from the shame I was carrying from childhood sexual abuse which led me to hold the belief that I was a disposable person, an object with no real value. The pain of not really being seen and valued drove me relentlessly to find peace within myself and tools to help me learn to value myself first and regulate my nervous system to find my inner sense of power, peace and sacredness. It wasn’t till in my late 30’s that I truly felt progress after I experienced the energy healing modality called life Alignment. After several sessions I felt I wanted to offer this as a service to others and so began my personal deep healing journey and offerings of energy medicine to others. I later went on to add Psychophonetics, Polarity therapy, Bone readings and Shamanic practices, and the amazing MARI (mandala art research instrument) to my work offerings. My work My practice is  rooted in the field of unseen information starting at the level of patterns or archetypes, the energy templates of behavior, thoughts, and feelings that transcend culture, age, gender, or beliefs. In all of my work, I connect with archetypal patterns and symbols to transform and harmonize people’s inner life, as well as their home, and business with their true essence. I have worked in this field for about 30 years now. My highlight working experiences were when I was invited to practice Life Alignment full time at the Eerste River Hospital in Cape Town, attending to the staff as well as to the patients. After 2 years I left there and worked at the House of Holistic Health as part of an integrative complementary health care team offering my very creative healing therapy to patients.   My special magic is creating conscious spaces, starting from within ourselves. “Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it” RUMI The work I do includes what is mentioned by Rumi in the verse above. Clearing generational curses, hooks, foreign energies, entities, implants and miasmic patterns and all barriers we have built that block us from feeling the love within ourselves. My work gets to the very root cause of what is going on and creates a clear map to guide you going forward. I include the use of non-verbal tools such as. drawing, painting, clay, gesturing, visualizing, symbols, images, sounds and colour, all for accessing and exploring deeply hidden information residing in the subconscious mind body. When doing my own Ikigai process, (my reason for waking up) and got to the question “what does the world need?” My response was that the world needs to have more people awakening their sacred connection to themselves and to all of life . All things and beings are enlivened when they are seen and valued as sacred and all part of Oneness.
