Birth trauma often goes unrecognised. For nine months, the body is suspended in the womb, then suddenly thrust into bright lights and air conditioning. This abrupt transition can be physically, psychologically, and spiritually traumatic, creating deep, subconscious beliefs like “something is wrong with me” or “the world is cruel.”
We’ll use the rebirthing breath to access these early memories and transform our limiting beliefs in a natural, powerful process that helps release emotional imprints from birth, turning negative patterns into more positive ones.
