I am a conscious relating coach for seekers and sages, who long to connect deeper to themselves, their partner/s and their children. Whatever is unresolved within us, will inevitably be reflected in everyone and everything around us. When our children mirror unresolved aspects of our self to us, we cannot ignore this call to a deeper enquiry.

I live and love to support individuals and families on this authentic relating journey. I hold a safe and non-judgemental space, where you can be seen and heard. It is an honest and brave look at the choices that create destructive patterns in our lives. These programs manifest automatically when we are triggered and dictate our behaviour in crises moments. With the correct tools you can create the life that you want, that is a true reflection of your higher conscious self.
