Over six weeks, you'll have:

Four one-on-one sessions with me, spaced to let your body integrate between each
Recorded practices and transmissions, hand-chosen for you as we go — not dumped on you all at once, but offered in the rhythm that serves your unfolding
Unlimited WhatsApp access to me throughout, for the questions, reflections and stuck moments that arise between sessions

This is a six-week container, mostly one-on-one.

It will be an alchemical portal.
