Please feel warmly invited to join our closed, online group of dancers meeting on the last Thursday of every month for 2 hours over Zoom to explore our inner landscapes, shadowlands, dreams and desires.

BlissDance is a Tantric Movement Practice of Awakening, equally welcoming all aspects of Self - the good, the bad, the mad, the sad, the glad, the shadow, the light, the dark, the sublime, the ridiculous, the profane, the profound, the sexy and the sassy, the masculine and the feminine.  As an embodied practice, it invites us into a greater intimacy and presence with our bodies, with one another, and with life itself.

BlissDance asks, what do we really, really, really want to do this wild and precious life, and how much bliss can we stand?

Classes begin on 30 April, and applications close on 25 April.  An upfront commitment to yourself and the group is required, with an investment of R4,200.00 for all 13 classes, to secure your place.  Space is limited to 30 dancers, and we already have 26 signed up.

If we cannot make a class, we can always dance the recording.  We also have a closed WhatsApp group where we can share our dance experiences and post our questions.

Event Preparations

This is an online offering, and we create our own safe and sacred dance space in the privacy of our own homes.
We use good quality, bluetooth in-ear buds or over-head head phones for optimum sound quality whilst moving in our private dance space.
We dance with our mics and videos turned off.
We dance to express, not to impress, and anyone in a body can move.
There is no wrong or right way to move, only your way.
Every aspect of you is equally welcome - the shadow, the light and the dark.
Although this is an intimate exploration with all aspects of self, it is also an opportunity to connect with a beautiful group of curious, open, compassionate, fun, non-judgemental beings.
