Sunday Slow Down is a 2-hour conscious breathwork experience designed to help you release the mental and physical buildup of the week, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself before the next one begins. This is a space to breathe, soften, and give your body a chance to down regulate so you can move into the week ahead feeling more clear, grounded, rejuvenated, and alive.
So many of us live in a low-grade activated state without even realizing it. The mind keeps going. The body stays braced. The nervous system never fully gets the signal that it is safe to let go. Even on weekends, we can still be carrying tension, mental noise, emotional residue, and that subtle feeling of always being “on.”
This session is an invitation to step out of that pattern.
Through conscious breathwork, grounding, and integration, you’ll shift out of stressed or activated states into greater calm, clarity, and presence. And sometimes that shift is exactly what we need because when we stay in chronic stress for too long, we lose touch with ourselves. We overthink. We push through. We stop listening to the quieter signals coming from the body. Breathwork offers a way back. It brings you out of your mind and into direct relationship with what is happening within you.
This is not about performance. It is not about breathing perfectly. It is not about forcing a breakthrough. It is about creating the conditions for your body to unwind, your breath to open, your heart to soften, and your system to remember what regulation can feel like.
Over these two hours, you’ll be guided through an experience that helps you truly slow down. There will be space to arrive, breathe, release, rest, and integrate so you leave feeling ready for the week ahead, while also supporting your nervous system to build more resilience and capacity for stress over time.
You do not need previous breathwork experience to join. You do not need to know how to meditate. You do not need to come feeling calm or centered. You simply need a willingness to show up, breathe, and let yourself be supported.
By the end of the session, you may feel lighter, softer, more grounded, and more alive. You may feel deep relaxation. You may have an emotional release. You may feel clarity return in places that have felt foggy or overwhelmed. You maybe feel more connected to yourself and the divine. Every experience is different, but the deeper intention is the same: to help you come back into your body and into a state that feels more open, peaceful, and connected.
Because the breath is powerful. It can shift your state. It can change the conversation between body and mind. It can help take you out of survival mode and into presence. And from that place, the week ahead can be met very differently.

We’ll gather on Sunday, March 29th from 10am–12pm at Amara Moon, nestled in a beautiful cabin in Hout Bay that offers the perfect setting to slow down, breathe, and reset. Investment: R450 per person.
