This workshop is an initiation into the fullness of your being.
A celebration of your True Essence — the wild, wise, sensual, instinctual feminine that lives beneath the layers of conditioning.
We are gathering to remember the innate power, passion, and aliveness of the feminine.

Your Facilitators:
Olivia Crow is a former attorney and accredited mediator who left the legal world in search of a more embodied way to support people through conflict and transformation. Her path led her into the worlds of non-violent communication, yoga, tantra, and de-armouring—where she discovered the importance of working with the body.
Trained in de-armouring and a graduate of Valentina Leo’s Tantra School of Fascinating Wonderment, Olivia now guides people into deeper connection with their truth, emotions, and sensuality. Her facilitation is playful, intuitive, and real—creating spaces that feel both safe and alive, where people can explore the depths of themselves.
Sasha Dolgine is the former COO of an EdTech startup, Sasha traded the corporate world for a life rooted in embodiment. Her personal journey led her to explore meditation, conscious dance, tantra and contact improvisation.
A lifelong music lover, who discovered the transformative power of dance and movement as her own medicine and became passionate about sharing conscious dance practices. Now, as a DJ and facilitator, she curating musical journeys that invite people to connect with their bodies and emotions in a new way.
Drawing on her experience in different women's spaces and retreats, Sasha creates safe, non-judgmental spaces to explore movement freely.
